Reservations
and Rates
Room rates range from $140.00 per night to a discounted rate of $89.50 when available. Special rates are available. (Prices are subject to change.)
Full payment is required to hold reservations. Notification
of cancellation must be received no later than one week
prior to reservation or refund will be by gift certificate
only. We accept cash, personal checks, traveler's checks and money orders as well as Visa and MasterCard credit cards. You may make reservations by phone, e-mail or by
clicking here.

Gift certificates are available for purchase in any
amount.
Checking In &
Out
You may check in after 4:00 pm. Checkout is by 11:00
am. Please let us know if you will be arriving earlier or
wish to stay later.
Smoking
The City of St. Cloud does not permit smoking in any
bed and breakfast establishment.

From I-94 or Highway 15:
Exit onto eastbound Highway 23. When you reach downtown St. Cloud, take the 9th Avenue South exit. Turn left onto 9th Avenue South; then take a left onto 4th Street South. Victorian Oaks is on the corner of 9th Avenue and 4th Street South. Parking is behind the home.
From Highway 10:
Exit onto westbound Highway 23. Take the 10th Avenue South exit. Turn right onto 10th Avenue South; then take a left onto 4th Street South. Victorian Oaks is on the corner of 9th Avenue and 4th Street South. Parking is behind the home.
Amtrak and Airport
We will gladly provide transportation to and from the Amtrak Train Station or St. Cloud Regional Airport with advance notice.
